Pet Policy

Documented service animals are welcome at no charge. Non-service pets including Therapy & ESA animals are welcome for an additional charge of $20.00 per night. There is a limit of two pets per room and all pets must be declared at check-in. Animals that pose a health or safety risk may not remain onsite and include those that, in our managers' discretion, are too numerous for any one room, cause damage to our property or that of other guests, are too disruptive, are not properly attended or demonstrate undue aggression.

  • All Pets must be declared at check-in.

  • We generally do not allow cats due to damage from litter, scratching and spraying.

  • No more than two pets per room, with a max weight of 80 lbs. or less. A “Pet” is defined as a domesticated dog.

  • Documented animals that assist the disabled, known as “Service Animals” as defined by the ADA, are always welcome.

  • When outside the guest room pets must either be restrained, on a leash, or in a travel carrier.

  • Animals should never be left alone in a room or automobile and must be attended to at all times.

  • At the sole discretion of property management, any pets that are disruptive, pose any health or safety risk, cause damage to our property or that of other guests, are not properly attended, or demonstrate undue aggression, may not remain on motel premises.

  • Both owner-guest and pet/service animal must be out of the room in order for housekeeping to service the room.

  • Owner assumes all liability for their pet, including but not limited to additional cleaning or repair that may be incurred due to waste and/or damage, pet injury, illness, or loss.

  • Guests may make requests for pets outside of these policies (pets other than dogs/multiple pets) and management will make decisions on a case by case basis.
